Our internal IT organization is a key enabler for a regulated crypto business: it keeps our platforms stable and secure, improves developer productivity, and delivers critical infrastructure change. To scale reliably, we are defining clear IT delivery standards—what we consider a “project”, how we plan and steer it, and how we report progress and risks. In this newly created role, you will establish these standards across internal IT while also supporting teams hands-on as a Scrum Master to improve execution with agile routines and delivery metrics.

Deine Aufgaben

IT Project Management Framework: Establish and implement a lean IT project management framework. You define the guardrails, the lifecycle of a project, and the criteria for what constitutes a project vs. business as usual.
Delivery Steering & Reporting: Monitor project health regarding resources, budgets, and timelines. You identify risks early and provide transparent, actionable reporting to management.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead internal strategic projects such as the ongoing development of our Developer Platform, process automations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Audit Coordination: Act as the central project lead for recurring audit cycles (Internal Audit, Wirtschaftsprüfung, BaFin), ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is audit-ready.
Scrum Master & Agile Coaching: Work closely with the Head of IT Operations as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach. You guide teams through agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and use data (sprint metrics, velocity) to improve delivery.

Das bringst Du mit

Experience: Several years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally within a regulated environment (FinTech, Banking, or similar).
Mindset: You have a proven track record of setting up processes where none existed before. You know how to balance "just enough" governance with speed.
Agile Expertise: You are a certified Scrum Master with a deep understanding of agile methodologies. You know how to coach teams to peak performance.
Communication: You can translate technical complexity into management-level status reports and vice versa.
Language: Business fluency in English is required; German is a significant advantage
